While lime stone build up can harm our machines and kitchenware, it's essential to our bodies.
Our filters doesn't remove the lime stone, but, it changes its molecular structure so it doesn't stick as easily and can easily be washed off. And both the drinking water filters and the filters for the whole house remove pieces of lime larger than 0.5 micron
We always recommend changing at least once a year, then the filter has been used on/off and has been in water for such a long time. We will reach out to you after exactly one year after the installation to ask you if you would like to change. Then we will come by and replace your cartridges.

We will come and change the filter cartridges to ours, and then you should be good to go for another year. Once you use our service you will get a reminder from us after one year reminding you that we recommend changing the filter again.
Osmosis systems waste around five litres of water down the drain to clean just one litre, and it removes everything from the water, even the healthy minerals. Almost weekly we remove osmosis systems and install our WWAP2 instead, which doesn't waste any water and still keeps the important minerals.
